IronBark Hill Brewing Co is situated on the grounds of IronBark Hill Vineyard.
The first beers were brewed in 2016 in our custom built German brewing system, and our Brewhouse opened to the public in 2017.
We currently have 12 beers and ciders pouring fresh on tap, ranging from Pale Ales and Lagers to Stouts and Porters – all brewed on-site by our brewing team.
At Sydney Brewery Hunter Valley we source our beer from the filtered Hunter Valley water, giving our brewers a blank canvas to create a vast range of beers from Lagers and Pale Ales to rich Porters. Four dedicated serving vessels serve the Lovedale Bar + Grill directly from the brewery with rotating seasonal beers and ciders accompanying our core range.
Located at the gateway to the stunning Hunter Valley, the Valley Brewhouse has something for everyone. Enjoy a delicious meal at our bistro, join us for a brewery tour, enjoy live music on the weekend as well as weekly food and drink specials!

Maltnhops Brewhaus poured it's first beers at the end of September 2018. Situated at the entrance to the Hunter Valley, and a short distance from Newcastle, the brewery is a great spot to try a large range of craft beers that are all brewed on site. Our taproom boasts 11 taps; all flowing with a huge range of beers - set to please any visitor from the craft beer aficionado to the novice.
Tinshed Brewery is a locally owned and operated microbrewery in the heart of Dungog. It's a small brewery producing some top quality craft beer. Jimmy takes pride in producing beer with full flavors that people have come to love and enjoy.

Paddles Brewing Co is a Micro-Brewery, Brewpub & Brew On Premises venue. We brew small batch beer, with over 200 recipes on offer to suit every taste. Brew On Premises allows you to be involved in making your own batch of 50 litres of beer (about 6 cases) with our equipment and support for a fraction of the cost you would pay in a bottle shop
Morpeth Brewery is a small, independent, artisan brewery that has proudly been brewing delicious 100% natural beer on the premises of the Commercial Hotel in Morpeth NSW since 2012. We brew our beers using traditional methods. Unlike many of the big breweries, we do not use additives or preservatives nor do we filter, pasteurize or artificially carbonate our beers.

Hope Brewery opened in 2014 and kicked off their range with a whole lot of hoppy ales, distinctively recognisable by their black cans and amp design - a homage to Hope's love of music. Since then they've been satisfying a desire for new beers and new styles including NEIPAs, sours, trophy-winning stouts and even Australia's strongest IPA.
